The pulsed arc discharge was created in water using Marx generator. Shock wave was produced and propagated in water, and then the ice surface was loaded by pressure of shock wave. Cracks were formed inside ice body, and were developed. A velocity of crack development of 2900 m\/s was obtained at a discharge peak power of 160 MW from images of high-speed camera. When the object group separates, the particle filter may fail in tracking, or there may be objects which are not tracked by the filter. This paper proposes a new method for detecting separations of objects tracked by the particle filter. After the detection, a group of particles is rearranged to each object group so that all objects can be tracked by the particle filter. The hydrophobicity was also evaluated. The samples which 11 years have passed since the installation were taken away from an actual distribution system in the region where pollution condition was comparatively severe. If a sensor is fabricated on a SAW propagating surface, a digital microfluidic system is realized. In this paper, we discuss an acoustic streaming which is caused from longitudinal wave radiation on a micro-laboratory.
