The Ku of the Fe-Co-V films was obtained by only lattice distortion. The Ku of the Fe-Co-N films was obtained by only N addition. Here, the summing the Ku-value of the Fe-Co-V film and the Fe-Co-N film was almost equal to the Ku-value, whose value was obtained from the Fe-Co-V-N film.
