The transmission capacity of optical links is significantly enhanced by applying multi-core fibers, but they generate the inter-core crosstalk among different cores, which add noises to optical signals. As a method resolving this problem, we introduce a static RCSA in this paper. In the static RCSA method, the route and core selection and the frequency allocation are formulated by mathematical programming as optimization problems. By solving them, lightpaths are established so as to minimize the maximum number of used frequency slots while suppressing crosstalk generation.
