PEH is a technology that converts mechanical vibration energy into electrical energy using piezoelectric transducers. However, such devices suffer from power loss caused by parasitic capacitance. SSHC is one of the techniques developed to reduce this loss, based on switchedcapacitor circuits. To achieve effective charge inversion, however, it often requires either large capacitance values or multiple SSHC stages. In the proposed circuit, the switch configuration of SSHC is modified to allow capacitors to be connected in series. This enables capacitor reuse, making it possible to achieve 2^(n-1) stages of operation using only n capacitors.
