We studied three types of circuits, an NMOS pushpush VCO (Sgnd) and connecting a choke inductor (Schoke) or a parallel resonant circuit (Sres) to the source side of the crosscoupled transistor. It was confirmed that Sres and Schoke achieved significant suppression of flicker noise compared to Sgnd in the simulation.
