Regression models for each season are created for demand prediction related with climatic conditions as explanatory variables. Meteorological parameters such as temperature and relative humidity are used as factors influencing residential electricity consumption. To examine and validate the models, some statistical tests are used such as t-ratio, adjusted coefficient of determination, and Durbin-Watson statistic.
