High TFT mobility of 4.9±0.32 cm\u003csup\u003e2\u003c\/sup\u003e\/Vs with small variation were achieved by fabricating Ph-BTBT-10 crystalline thin films utilizing the liquid crystal film as precursor. Also, 8H\u003csub\u003e2\u003c\/sub\u003ePc suppressed the increase of grain size during high-speed film fabrication due to the weaker intermolecular interaction of the liquid crystalline materials than that of crystalline materials.
