In this study, we aimed to elucidate the structural features of such local circuits by constructing micro-networks that allow comprehensive measurement of the entire network. We developed micro-networks on high-density microelectrode arrays, ensuring that all neurons were located within the electrode area. Burst initiation points were localized using the recorded signals. We found that the initiation points had hub structures in the connectivity map.
