Countermeasures in the energy-supplier side, such as introduction of clean energy sources on a large scale, are necessary. Additionally, reduction on energy usage in the energy-demand side is also necessary. Energy saving devices is relatively introduced in factories or buildings. In order to achieve more energy saving, reduction of waste energy usage that arises from operational procedures on workers and equipment is expected. We have proposed an RCPSP considering energy consumption in modal changes to introduce energy usage characteristics of equipment into the scheduling problem and achieve energy usage reduction.
