Rat hippocampal neuronal cells were cultured on the dish with 64 planer micro electrodes. We analyzed stability of neuronal electrical activity pattern evoked by input stimulation. Variance of the number of electrical spike activity in the certain time window decreased after the stimulation and then gradually recovered. On the contrary, the electrical stimulation increased the variance of spike number on 60~70 DIV neuronal network.
