In order to reduce the number of fitness evaluations, we have proposed the surrogate model called the Rank Space Estimation model (RSE model), which can learn the fitness landscape by machine learning. In this paper, we introduce the RSE model to CMA-ES and proposed a novel scaling method for RSE model.
