Based on the disclosed contents, we present here a method which can measure the humidity not only using sine wave but also square wave with higher accuracy,  and can convert to the easily handled voltage  (such as 0-1V) from the detected average current inversely proportional to the sensor resistance using  logarithmic compression circuit.
