The structure of the crystal resonator is composed of only three layer crystal wafers and metal thin films, and is suitable for small and low profile packages. Without using conventional materials such as ceramic packages nor organic type conductive  adhesive, a rectangular AT-CUT vibration area is hermetically sealed in the new structure.
