In order to reduce the size of capacitor, the proposed high-pass filter uses current-mode Miller's effect to implement an impedance scaling circuit. A flipped voltage follower is utilized to solve the problem in implementing a floating capacitor using Miller's effect. A design example using the proposed circuit achieves a 0.15Hz cutoff frequency with 159pF capacitor and 10MOhm resistor.
