The novel modulator architecture is designed to guarantee the reset time for ring ampli er and relaxthe speed requirement on asynchronous SAR quantizer in the modulator. The SPICE simulation results demonstratethe feasibility of the proposed modulator in 90nm CMOS technology to realize a 2nd-order Δ AD modulator. Sim-ulated SNDR=87.65dB and ENOB=14.27bit are achieved while a sinusoid -1dBFS input is sampled at 25MS\/s forthe bandwidth is BW=390.6kHz.
