In this work, we study the enhancement of organic solar cell performance using grating-coupled surface plasmon resonance (GCSPR) of aluminum grating. The organic solar cells with P3HT:PC61BM and PTB7:PC71BM as active layers were fabricated. The grating pattern is created on the active layer for each solar cells using pressureless nanoimprinting technique. After formation of aluiminum film via thermal evaporation, the aluminum grating back electrode is obtained.
