The findings confirmed that secondary damage caused by fallen trees, flying debris, landslides, and similar factors is one of the primary causes of damage to power distribution facilities. It was also demonstrated that rapid damage assessment, information sharing among stakeholders, and efficient deployment of restoration personnel, vehicles, and materials are essential for early restoration, and that the utilization of restoration support systems, drones, high-voltage generator vehicles, and aerial work platforms is effective.
Furthermore, restoration support technologies in the railway and telecommunications sectors, as well as overseas practices including digital twins, satellite image analysis, and AI-based prediction, were surveyed, and challenges for domestic implementation were identified.
Based on these findings, the report outlines future challenges for strengthening the resilience of power distribution facilities and achieving faster restoration, including the development of equipment and environmental data, improvement of prediction accuracy, ensuring rapid response
during disasters, and embedding operational practices through routine training.

PDFファイルサイズ：8,465Kバイト

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0718/9512/2159/files/IEEJ-GH1617_4879e16e-b742-4ea7-aafb-5c83e0560a98.jpg?v=1788746788
