The film has little reactance and frequency characteristics of the surface impedance.At first, two and three-layered broadband wave absorbers were designed by using the genetic algorithm.The three-layered one was fabricated and its absorption characteristics were evaluated. As a result, themeasured absorption characteristics agreed well with the designed one.
