But manual report results in low efficiency and bad quality of project mangement and communication. To improve these problems, a project named HOPE was implemented by HCR\u0026amp;D. This system automatically and periodically collects project data from offshore projects, analyzes the raw data, and generates project reports for project managers on both sides.
