Preventive maintenance, where is maintained before break down occurs, can be effective to make the system in low risk and high service level. In the decision support system, first phase is to decide whether we need to maintenance or not, which combine planned maintenance and condition-based maintenance; second is to determine which kind of rescheduling method with new maintenance should be used. Both phase are determined by set of fuzzy rule.
