The application of the linear drives is expanding in various fields in this period. However, there is some extinguished application by the change of power electronics and advance of material technology and demand to the product. In addition, the digenesis of researcher and engineer also advances. Under such background, investigating R\u0026amp;D committee on transition of linear drive technology and the usage for industry applications were founded in order to systematize the transition of until now technology and application.
