Although the method was powerful, the specific axis ratio of the ellipsoidal boundary has not been clarified and therefore unuttered. We have investigated the harmonic solutions of the Laplace equation in oblate spheroidal coordinate thus to determine the explicit formula regarding to the axis ratio and the averaging factor.
