The pulsed eddy current testing can obtain wideband information at one time. We applied to the technic for a steel plate that has partial thinning. A change of detection waveforms have be obtained at early timing when there is thinning on surface of the plate. A change of detection waveforms have be obtained at late timing when there is thinning on back surface of the plate.
