High-speed and low-power computing system, such as floating-point multipliers (FPM) and adders (FPA) are demonstrated using single-flux-quantum (SFQ) circuits, which operate at more than 50 GHz. Ultra-low-power logic circuits, whose bit energy approaches the thermodynamic limit, are recently invented based on adiabatic quantum-flux-parametron (AQFP) logic.
