We show a macro viewpoint for solution space, by introducing a new concept based on local optimal into solution space. Therefore, solution space can be grasped hierarchically. By utilizing the hierarchical structure in solution space, the proposed method advances a search as interchanging movement strategy for intensification and diversification.
