The proposed DNN　onsists of Autoencoder of pre-training and Multi-layer perceptron (MLP) of a predictor. To improve the performance of the proposed DNN, this paper employs the precondition technique that uses k-means of clustering to classify learning data into some clusters, where DNN are constructed independently. The proposed method is tested for different test data of ISO New England, USA.
