The analysis based on the data from SWTs in Wakkanai may have a specific characteristic of the wind condition in the site, so there is a concern that it does not represent the common characteristic of SWTs. In this paper, another output fluctuation analysis on two small wind turbines is performed with the data from SWTs in Minamiosumi, Kagoshima.
