However Hough transform has sampling error in ρ-θ parameter plane. Because, the straight line that is detected by principle of majority rule does not exactly equal to the straight line which exists really in the x-y edge image plane. For such a problem, this paper proposed the Resampling Hough transform that is characterized by Radon transform.
