Achievable spectral efficiencies are evaluated to compare the previously proposed inter-cell interference (ICI) cancellation scheme with fractional frequency reuse (FFR) as well as the cooperative multiuser multiple-input multiple-output (MU-MIMO). The proposed method realizes quasi-decentralized cooperation and can significantly reduce preprocessing complexity on large-scale base station cooperation. In the system level simulations, two CSI imperfections are considered: estimation error and restrictions on available number of CSI.
