Creating body sway in a specific direction to assist in postural control is necessary. Therefore, we aim to introduce a device that creates spatio-temporal tactile stimulation pattern by altering the interval times between vibrations. We measure body sway caused by each stimulation using a high-speed camera, stabilometer, and acceleration sensor. We then analyze the effects of each stimulation on body sway using an EM algorithm to estimate parameters of a contaminated normal distribution model.
