The comparison test of the high current shunt provided for Asian area of STL is a typical occasion that requires a very clear evaluation process, because many members are involved in the activity and the tests are carried out in different laboratories on different times.  It is not sufficient to watch the figures obtained in the comparison tests.  We have to judge the results together with the information about the uncertainty characteristics involved in the comparison tests.
