It is proposed that output waveform control method and circuit for reducing conduction losses.Firstly, It is presented to parameters for output waveform control, algorithm of instantaneous control using DSP, and control method of short circuit current. The object of this control is the one pulse one droplet transfer. Also, It is presented to the full bridge DC-DC converter on auxiliary snubber circuit to reducing conduction losses for pulsed MAG welding machine. This snubber circuit is type of energy recovery to applied LC series resonant.This power supply is simulated by computer and is constructed. And, be verified with monitoring systems, analyzed added goods quantitatively.
