This paper presents the result of measurement of frequency vibration obtained in the laboratory using a new electro-optical system and do a mathematical comparison whit the theory formulation. Samples were clean silicone rubber sheet of 70mm in length, 25mm in width and 2mm in thickness. The sample was arranged horizontally and metal electrodes were fixed at both ends of it. Only one water droplet was placed on a sample, where the distance between electrodes was 20mm.
