The current benchmark material for high-performance OFETs is vacuum-evaporated pentacene. Polycarbonate has been widely used in the insulating field. In this paper, the polymer being used as a gate insulating polymer is polycarbonate, while for the semiconductor layer, Pentacene is adopted.
