The SnO2 sensing film was fabricated with radio-frequency induction plasma deposition method. The generated gas sensor showed high sensitivity for detecting acetaldehyde gas at low gas concentration down to 20 ppb with several-minutes response and recovery time, and showed the maximum operating temperature at 300 ºC.
