It is important to detect the vibration before the accident from the viewpoint of introducing the condition based maintenance (CBM). The vibration signals using have been analyzed the wavelet transform and the independent component analysis.This paper shows the estimation of frequency, amplitude and phase by using the interpolated fast Fourier transform (IpFFT) to heighten the accuracy of CBM.
