In recent years, water blooms occur on the surface of water bodies frequently and extensively due to eutrophia and earth warming. However, there is no an effective method to deal with it yet.Use of pulsed streamer discharge in the gas to realize bacterial decontamination has been a firmly established method [7]. Accompany with the application of this kind of discharge in liquid development, pulsed streamer discharge have been used to realize water sterilization.
