MS conditions were as follows; 0.25 T, 25 pulses\/sec, 1000 pulses\/day\/sample. Combinational use of MS and anti-cancer agent: imatinib mesylate (IM) induced sufficient cell death in IM-resistant CML cells. This effect was due to the activated apoptosis mediated by the mitochondorial disfunction. Furthermore, continuous decrease in intracellular ROS was also observed in IM + MS treated cells.
