Particularly, the carbon paper-based membrane electrode assembly is difficult to be miniaturized. We will present our recent solution, i.e. the nanoimprint of polymer electrolyte membrane for micro fuel cell system. The nanoimprint modification greatly improved the fuel cell performance.
