The system of monitoring an entire substation is a cost-effective approach. Following this concept, we have developed the localization method for a partial discharge source. This paper presents further work with respect to multiple sources, which locates source positions based on the maximum a posteriori estimation. The capability of the proposed system was confirmed by simulations using the finite difference time domain method.
