However, this type of observation needs several days to get the result because of its staining process. We proposed to develop a new ultrasonic microscope that can skip the staining process, so that biological tissues can be observed just in few seconds. For the first step, we developed our ultrasonic transmission microscope by transmitting ultrasonic signals from transducer to a sample and biconcave lens. Then, receiving transducer will catch the signals and change it to electrical signals.
