Microplasma can be generated at low discharge at low discharge voltage and requires a small size reactor. Our microplasma is generated at atmospheric pressure between a pair of electrode covered with dielectric layer and faced together with a spacer of 100 ?m. Indigo carmine was chosen as the target to be decomposed.
