Its continuous generation decreases insulation performance and finally lead to dielectric breakdown. Therefore, many researches related to detection technique for PD and diagnosis of PD degradation have been actively conducted. As parameters representing characteristics of PD, it has been mainly investigated the occurrence time\/phase and the charge amount. In other words, it is not enough analyzed the characteristics of the PD waveform itself. PD waveform could be included many information such as growth process of electron avalanche.
