Noise reduction in the 36-24 and the 18-12 switched reluctance motors is achieved by flattening radial force sum. A question arises about the effectiveness in reduced number of pole combination switched reluctance motor. Similar principle of noise reduction is applied in 12-8 and 6-4 pole combination switched reluctance motors. Radial force equation is approximated and proposed current is derived to flatten the radial force sum.
