The gas sensor is tested for ability and stability of CF4 detection. Nano-material based gas sensor is a good choice due to its advantage such as real time and on site analysis, low cost, and a large number of detectable gases. However, the target detection of CF4 gas concentration would be lower than 200 mg. Sensing response of gas sensor will be investigated and improved to reach the concentration target of CF4 gas. The present authors have demonstrated that detection of CF4 gas was possible using nanomaterial-based gas sensors.
