要約(日本語): 本稿では，社会的余剰最大化（SWM: social welfare maximization）問題の枠組みを用いて，電気料金型デマンドレスポンス（DR: demand response programs）における電気料金及びインセンティブ型DRにおける報酬単価の適正範囲を算定する方法を提案する。提案手法は，DRに伴う電力供給者と電力消費者双方の余剰の変化から，DRを設計する段階で電気料金や報酬額を設定する際の基準を導出するものである。また，数値計算を通して，提案手法の有用性について検証した結果も報告する。

要約(英語): This paper presents a pricing method for demand response programs (DRs) based on a framework of social welfare maximization (SWM). When the consumers cooperate on the DRs, surplus of the suppliers and the consumers are changed. In the proposed method, the electricity price and the rebate level are theoretically derived in response to the changes in surplus.
