要約(日本語): The renewable energy sources penetration are rapidly increased in recent years. The intermittency of renewable energy cause large voltage variation in power distribution systems. This paper proposes a systematic dispatch coordination scheme for poewr distribution system control resources including smart inverters, battery energy storage systems etc, with the objective to maintain electric power quality (e.g., regulation of voltage deviation) while incoorporating large amount of renewable energy resources. In order to be adaptive to the rapidly changing operation conditions due to large amount of renewable, we propose to synthesize the dispatch strategy using very frequent unbalanced three-phase optimal power flow (OPF) calculations, as often as 10 seconds per control update. Our numerical simulation results indicate that our proposed control synthesis scheme can be performed in real-time in realistic application settings, while achieving the desired performance goals.
