要約(英語): This paper reports on the design and effects of an internal currency system developed for the purpose of stimulating informal communication and mutual assistance among employees. In order to encourage employees' voluntary participation, we designed not only a small monetary reward but also an interaction to visualize other employees' mutual aid behavior in the remote work environment, the new normal. We introduced the interaction to employees in the research and development department and evaluated the degree of their participation based on the engagement measurement model used in the marketing field._x000D_
