要約(英語): We propose operation Maps, which are documents for the product manufacturer's inquiry counter to search the operations and procedures asked by the user.The operation Maps are maps of the operations listed in the order of execution for each function, and are created from the product's instruction manual and the questions and answers on the manufacturer's FAQ site.We also propose a method to search and present the operations and procedures corresponding to the user's desired purpose using the created operation Maps.
