要約(日本語): 我が国の防爆関係規格は旧産業安全研究所が諸外国事例を検討して制定した工場電気設備防爆指針をベースに昭和44年労働安全衛生法で、その適用と検定受審が義務化された体制が確立している。一方冷戦終了後のグローバル化の流れを受けIECによる防爆電気機器の国際スキームIEC-Exとその機器対応を規定するIEC60079シリーズが登場し、日本も2007年から参画し、現在国内法的にもその適用と検定受審が可能になっており、IEC動向と我が国の適用について紹介する。

要約(英語): Japanese existent standards and related lows for the equipment used in explosive atmosphere have been established in 1970s. However, after the cold war finished, along with the globalization trend, IEC-Ex international scheme and IEC0079 series standard for the equipment used in explosive atmosphere, have been newly developed, where for those standardization activities Japan has been also participating since 2007. Therefore, this paper introduces the present situation in Japan for the equipment used in explosive atmosphere.
